LedgerQuestHub offers a range of accounting guidance and management support to help clients maintain accurate records and meet compliance standards. The site domain is LedgerQuestHub.com.

2. Services

Our professional services include bookkeeping setup, report preparation, and advisory sessions. Charges are specified at the time of engagement.

Refunds for services: Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no deliverables have been provided. If deliverables have been provided, refund requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days. Service dates may be rescheduled up to three times with at least 48 hours notice. Certain personalized planning packages are non-refundable once work has begun due to the time invested in customizing materials.

3. Informational Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and training modules. Delivery is instant upon purchase.

Refunds for informational products: A full refund is available within 14 days of download if fewer than 25% of the content has been accessed. After that period, no refunds are offered. Licensed access may be transferred to another individual by contacting support.

4. Physical Goods

Branded merchandise and printed manuals are available for order.

Returns for physical goods: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Return shipping is at the client’s expense unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Exchanges are available for a different size or version when stock permits.
